As Vice President of Client Services at Felix, Peter works closely with large and medium sized corporations to develop and execute customized talent management solutions that drive bottom-line results.

Possessing a powerful combination of business and people acumen enables Peter’s deep understanding of the unique cultures and needs of diverse stakeholder groups – from the front-lines to senior executives.

Peter specializes in devising and deploying strategic people initiatives that build and strengthen leadership capability, employee experience and performance. His areas of expertise include organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, succession planning, leadership development, team facilitation, HR policy & procedures, conflict resolution and executive coaching.

Peter brings over 30 years of Human Resources expertise, following a rewarding career with TD Bank Financial Group where he held Vice President roles in Compliance & Regulatory Services, Corporate Human Resources, HR Business Banking & Insurance, and HR Commercial Banking. Peter’s passion for great workplaces culminated in a specialist executive role to spearhead an enterprise-wide employee experience mandate, which improved engagement levels to best-in-class status.

A husband, father and proud resident of Oakville, Ontario, Peter is an active supporter of local United Way campaigns and cabinets. Peter presently sits on the Oakville United Way Board and is Chair of the Community Impact Cabinet.
