Throughout his 10-year professional services career, Skyler has advised a diverse set of clients on a range of talent and organizational performance challenges. He has supported clients in the manufacturing, aerospace, and professional services industries, spanning sizes of middle market through Fortune 100. With previous HR management consulting roles at Ernst & Young and The Hackett Group, he has led multiple large-scale HR transformation initiatives, spanning from strategy design through implementation.
Skyler is highly skilled in the areas of HR and Talent Strategy, HR Operating Model Optimization, Labor Market Strategy and Shared Services Operations. He prides himself on providing pragmatic partnerships that result in real, measurable change. In his current role, Skyler aims to bring his transformational experiences to improve his clients’ ability to attract and retain the talent they need.
In addition to consulting, Skyler is an independent licensed life & health insurance agent. His free time is spent keeping up with his 3 young children and their sports schedules. He’s an avid runner and enjoys any time spent on the water.
