Teresa is an extremely compassionate and highly precise leader with years of experience managing large-scale development and transformation programs. As Senior Client Service Manager, Teresa leads the execution and delivery of the firm’s Talent Development programs including project planning, implementation, and analytics.
Teresa is committed to providing excellent support by working collaboratively with the Felix team to continually exceed our customers’ needs.
Teresa provides ongoing program and technical support to clients, while delivering against tight timeframes. Her expert computer skills allow Teresa to easily take on the lead role in conducting training for clients and internal staff on the technology and administrative side of each of our tools.
Teresa works extensively on customer-related projects associated with Felix’s suite of assessment tools, including 360°and Facet5™.
Teresa is continually developing and maintaining extensive technical/product knowledge on new additions to the suite of assessment tools/products that Felix offers.
