With over 25 years of business experience, Elizabeth advises individual leaders and executive teams on best practices to manage individual and organizational transitions. She helps senior executives take their game from good to great so that they can achieve increasingly demanding business goals. In her work with clients transitioning from one role to another, Elizabeth helps them examine past roles and experiences to discover when they have been happiest and most successful and then position themselves for future roles that will bring maximum satisfaction and value. Her clients appreciate her empathy, strategic thinking, and sense of humor as she helps them navigate the complexities facing leaders today.
Before founding her own executive coaching and consulting practice, Elizabeth worked with global banks as a recruiter and internal career coach. She directed one of the largest loan officer training programs in the country. She later honed her leadership skills by serving as interim CEO of an underperforming educational institution, where she returned it to profitability within a year.
Elizabeth has been a lecturer at leadership development programs at two business schools, University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Bryant University College of Business. She is a sought-after speaker on the topic of leadership.
Elizabeth attended Wesleyan University in Connecticut, where she graduated with a B.A., received her M.A. in organization development from American University in Washington, D.C., and attended Fielding Graduate University where she earned her coaching certification. She is a certified Professional Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
