By focusing on the most impactful drivers of learning and growth, Megan accelerates the growth of a diverse company culture that maximizes innovation and efficiency with optimal team dynamics and an environment that fosters learning agility.

As Senior Vice President of People & Strategy, Megan's accountabilities extend to continued business development, line of business oversight, and corporate operations including HR strategy to drive growth.

Outside of the office, you'll find Megan running half-marathons, planning her next outdoor adventure or teaching her daughter the lyrics to her favourite Bon Jovi song.
