Mary has over 35 years of experience supporting and delivering results within the Healthcare industry. Mary has led projects to establish and facilitate on-site Career Resource Centers, driving value for more than 1,000 individuals. Her greatest strength is in her ability to work effectively with participants/clients at all levels. She has the skills to empathize, encourage, motivate and lead individuals through the career management process while allowing them to make conscious choices and develop work and life goals. Mary is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Oak Brook chapter and the Human Resources Association of Greater Oak Brook (HRA). Outside of the office you can find Mary making time for family and enjoying the sunshine aboard her boat on Lake Michigan.
