She is a Certified Training Practitioner (CTP) from the Institute of Performance and Learning with over 20 years of facilitation and training experience. Lori holds a certificate in Adult Experience-Based Learning Program from the National Training Laboratory Institute (NTL) in Bethel, Maine.


Lori’s consulting expertise includes Team Facilitation, Course Delivery, Organizational Development, Performance and Process Management. She is certified in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), DiSC and DESA certified.

He has in depth experience leading talent management programs, conducting detailed organization design reviews, managing performance improvement, leading HR operations & systems, creating HR data & analytics and leading large HR projects to maximize return on investment.
