Jennett Douglas

Jennett values efficient processes and effective communication. As a Senior Client ServicesManager, her empathic, systematic approach enables her to meet client needs in a timely and appropriate manner. She is excited to be part of the Felix team and looks forward to contributing to the firm’s continued growth and success.

After spending over a decade working in education and nonprofit management, Jennett gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in project management, research based practices, human development and learning, and counseling/advising. She understands that strong systems and quality relationships significantly impact individual and organizational success. Therefore, it is important to her to streamline processes that allow for cohesive collaboration and workflow between all stakeholders.

In her spare time, when she’s not video chatting with her niece, Jennett enjoys exploring her new city with her husband and dog. She also likes to read, cook, swim, and practice yoga. She plans to work on a couple of bucket list items while living in Miami: improve her Spanish and learn to scuba dive.
