Felix Names Scott Sammon, Managing Director to the Executive Search Practice
As Felix continues to add to its roster of experts in executive talent development and organizational excellence, we are proud to announce the addition of Scott Sammon.
Scott Sammon will join the firm’s leadership as a Managing Director in the Executive Search practice. He will join Practice Leader and Managing Director J. James O’Malley in supporting the firm’s Healthcare and life Sciences practice and other industry segments.
With over 25 years of experience as an executive search consultant and coach for healthcare providers nationwide, Scott Sammon has cultivated expertise by working with diverse clients. His portfolio includes critical access hospitals, some of the largest public health systems in the country, academic medical centers, and community hospitals, showcasing his proficiency in navigating healthcare providers of various sizes and governance structures.
Scott works with clients to successfully manage C-level search assignments in the healthcare provider and not-for-profit sectors and has personally led nearly fifty chief executive officer searches. As a lead client consultant, Scott often provides design and structure strategies to ensure long-term organizational success. He serves as a noted expert consultant to associations and hospital boards and has acted as a facilitator for board retreats with numerous organizations. Scott holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois, and has been a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
