His ability to connect quickly and develop relationships with both customers and clients is based on his knowledge and experience from working with people from a wide variety of backgrounds. Jim's MBA training and consulting experience makes him knowledgeable in business matters and effective in helping his clients achieve their goals in managing career transitions.


Jim's consulting expertise includes Internet marketing, financial planning, workshop delivery and organizational development. He currently teaches a course in Organizational Behaviour and facilitates Career Planning and Job Search workshops to clients in Alberta.

Isabelle St-Jean

Originally from Montreal, now residing in Vancouver, British Columbia, Isabelle brings two decades of coaching, consulting and counselling experience her practice. From a background in social work and psychology, she has completed extensive coaching training, and graduate studies in Authentic Leadership at Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado. One way she expressed her leadership in the past few years was to initiate, co-edit and co-author an award-winning anthology entitled: Einstein’s Business: Engaging Soul, Imagination and Excellence in the Workplace.


Being known for her empathic and stellar communication skills, Isabelle excels at creating and sustaining strong working relationships with clients. With a lifelong commitment to her own personal and professional development, she is better able to focus on the greatest potential in her clients. As a Professional Certified Coach with International Coach Federation accreditation, Isabelle has worked with individuals and groups from various sectors including corporate, government, not for profit, as well as professional communities including lawyers, teachers, and certified professional accountants.

Committed to making coaching more accessible to managers and supervisors of the Public Service, Mariette acted as a bilingual coaching resource and faculty member for the National Managers’ Community for over 3 years, facilitating numerous coaching workshops for public service managers.

Sujay stays current on best practices by being a member of Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA), Strategic Capability Network (SC Network) and the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
