Modeled from our retained search process we drive passive candidates for our client’s senior individual contributor roles (e.g., technology, sales engineering, finance) along with middle management positions that are challenging to fill and require a retained solution on a project basis.
We do not just fill the position, our value is ensuring success, which is why we provide complementary services to our retained search offerings that include executive onboarding, acculturation coaching for the candidate’s first 90 days, compensation consulting and Facet5 assessment.
