Felix Global’s Growth Continues with the Additions of Stephanie Benesh and Kathleen Murphy


Felix Global, the premier executive search, professional recruiting, talent development, consulting and career transition firm, is excited to announce the addition of Stephanie Benesh, managing director and practice leader, talent development and Kathleen Murphy, managing director, executive search to the firm. Benesh and Murphy started on April 11, 2022.

Stephanie Benesh brings over 20 years of leadership experience and team management in a variety of fast-paced and ever-changing environments to the Felix Global team. Benesh is in charge of leading and growing the talent development practice within the United States market. She works closely with clients to determine their needs, build solutions and deliver optimal resources and results. Her experience spans many industries, including television production, retail, healthcare and technology.

Kathleen Murphy brings over 25 years of experience, both in executive search and corporate environments, to her role as managing director of executive search at Felix Global. Murphy supports key sales, marketing and business development activities in alignment with the firm’s overall strategy and the practice area’s plans to drive customer satisfaction and retention. She contributes to firm-wide sales enablement and improves the sales culture through identification and planning of future strategies, products and industry insights.

Benesh and Murphy are based in Felix Global’s U.S. headquarters in Chicago and work with clients across North America in a wide range of industries, including health care, finance and more.

Hiring Benesh and Murphy is the latest step in Felix Global’s rapid growth story. In March, Andrew Norrie and Dana Hernan joined the firm as managing director and director, executive search, respectively. In February, Marc Detampel was named lead of the firm’s newly created talent and organizational performance practice. In December 2021, the firm acquired Shields Meneley Partners, the industry leader for C-Suite career transition services, executive assessment, coaching and “portfolio life.” In February 2021, Felix Global hired industry veterans J. James O’Malley to lead its new executive search practice. Rob Miller joined this new division as a director shortly thereafter.
