As a Program Manager, she brings 5 years of HR and Talent Acquisition experience to the team. With a background in hospitality Tracy also has a strong skill set in customer service and conflict management.
Prior to joining Felix, Tracy worked for businesses in the Automobile, Healthcare and retail industry, with a focus on full employee life-cycle needs. She holds a Bachelor of Arts, Honours degree and is also certified a Professional in Human Resources (PHR by HRCI). She completed the CHRP certification in 2021 and is an active member of the HRPA Toronto Chapter. In her role at Felix, Tracy provides customers with both short term and long-term Career Transition program support, including managing the planning and coordination of programs with Consultants.
When not building engaged workforces, Tracy is excited about being a new Dog mom and enjoys exploring different cultures through travel, indulging in some good old DIY or studying wine.
