Early in her career, Shari learned that identifying and honing people’s natural talents is the way to success. Throughout her career, Shari has helped organizations realize their strategic goals through investing in their biggest assets—their employees.

With expertise in executive leadership and talent management, Shari has a reputation for building key bench strength within organizations. Born and raised in Texas, Shari’s corporate leadership skills have culminated in the development of new business lines, the execution of influential marketing and communications programs and increased revenue and growth for Texas businesses.

Shari leverages a broad network of long-standing relationships with Fortune 500 corporations, private business, investors and high-profile figures to help organizations build alliances for success. She has served in high profile roles of organizations engaged in major business transformations and has helped launch advanced platforms of leadership development, executive coaching and organizational change management.

Shari serves on the Make-A-Wish® board in North Texas. She is passionate about bringing hope to children with life-threatening diseases and is shameless when asking for donations.  

Shari and her husband live in Dallas and have two grown children. They spend their free time hiking in the Smoky Mountains of North Carolina and sometimes attempting to fly fish.
