Before entering the executive search industry, Rob spent 14 years in retail serving as a buyer for Neiman Marcus and The Limited. He developed his servant leadership style growing up in his family’s specialty retail business. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Indiana University.
Rob lives in Chicago with his wife and enjoys golf, spending time with his family, and summers on the Leelanau Peninsula of Northern Michigan. He is an active member of the Chicago community, supporting numerous organizations including the Chicago Humanities Festival, The Goodman Theater, Ravinia Festival, and Lakeview Pantry.
