As VP of Client Services, Peter will be integrating his unique perspective and successful track record of fostering talent environments conducive to engagement and growth to accelerate Felix’s organizational cultural solutions. He has a passion for providing business leaders with the advice and support they need to build stronger cultures which in turn increases employee engagement and business results.

Peter brings 34+ years of executive human resources and line of business experience with one of Canada’s leading financial institutions. Having partnered with senior business executives to lead growth strategies based fundamentally on improving people’s performance, his skill includes understanding the business model/environment and knowing how to manage people change to grow results.

He has in depth experience leading talent management programs, conducting detailed organization design reviews, managing performance improvement, leading HR operations & systems, creating HR data & analytics and leading large HR projects to maximize return on investment. Peter’s commitment to creating and delivering value added solutions has been consistent throughout his career.
