As Director, Customer Success, Laurie works closely with the Executive team overseeing the management of strategies to ensure the highest level of customer value and impact. Laurie is the practice lead for Career Transition services in Canada and participates in project initiatives as part of the team across all major business groups, and is instrumental in supporting the company’s growth strategy over the past several years.
An Honours graduate in Business Administration, Laurie provides expertise in research, analysis, technical skills, project management and relationship management.
