As Director, Executive Search, Laura works closely with candidates and clients to strategize the best fit. She has national account management experience that started from the sale to full recruitment, consultative approach and quarterly business reviews to enhance the partnerships. She provides guidance and champions the execution of talent programs in coordination with clients.
She has extensive experience with executive assessment, succession planning, high potential identification and development. She has the proven ability to develop and build long lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike through honest and productive conversation and results.
Over the years Laura has upskilled herself through Fierce Conversations, Insights training, Emotional IQ, Situational Leadership.
In her free time, Laura loves to spend time with her husband, daughter and the family dog, hike, portage and travel to unique places around the world. Laura actively supports and volunteers for local charities. Currently supporting, Pack a Bag and Home at Last Rescue.
