Breanne Udeze is a Research Associate at Shields Meneley Partners. In this role, she supports clients by providing high level company insight and industry analysis. Breanne assists in preparing clients for interviews and networking meetings by providing research reports on industries, target companies, organizational culture and structure, executive teams and board of directors.
Breanne also works closely with the firm's psychologist and is responsible for the coordination and administration of all client assessments across the transition, coaching and executive assessment practices. Breanne is certified as a talent consultant by the Institute for Personality and Ability Testing.
Breanne holds her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees in English from the University of Northern Iowa. She resides in Chicago with her husband and daughter.
