In 2007, Andrew founded Four Corners Group, an executive search firm whose growth peaked in 2016 at #42 on the Hunt Scanlon “Top 50” firms in North America. During his ten years of leading the strategic growth of the firm, he helped many prominent organizations define their leadership talent requirements, as well as identify and place key executives in critical roles. Upon successfully selling that firm, he launched Forward Path Group which he also led to become one of the top firms in Canada.
In 2022, Andrew joined Felix Global and brings an immense depth of expertise in understanding the complete organizational capability of a company. He has been a trusted advisor on talent to many key executives and entrepreneurs enabling them to accelerate revenue growth and expansion. He has also sat on several Boards including Bright Blue Wave, Help Wanted App, and Equity Wine Group. His entrepreneurial spirit, strategic capabilities, and recruitment capabilities offer significant value to clients.
Andrew has a Bachelor of Arts in History from Trent University as well as a Master’s Degree in Leadership from the University of Guelph.
