Emotional IntelligenceView 360 measures 17 critical competencies, helping you to recognize, understand and manage your interpersonal behaviour and emotions effectively. This web-based tool contains 70 behavioural questions comparing self-perceptions to those of other raters (e.g. the participant's manager, direct reports, team members or peers).

Dr. Nowack is a member in Daniel Goleman's Consortium for Research on Emotional Intelligence in Organizations.

Emotional IntelligenceView 360 is also available as a self-assessment instrument in the form of People Index which compares self-perceptions to those of a large internationally normed database and can be useful where a 360° feedback process is not possible.
