When building your 360º feedback questionnaire, select first the competency (or create a new competency label) and then choose the relevant items from the on-line menu system for each competency. Once the questionnaire is complete, add any open-ended questions and then select the response scale or scales you wish to use from those available. You will also be able to define respondent labels and customize instruction and questionnaire text adding any logos or branding to meet your needs to complete your own on-line 360º feedback tool

The newly created 360º feedback tool is then ready for you to use in the form of a fully web based questionnaire and feedback reporting system.
