Facet5 Teamscape™
Based on the Facet5™ model and application engine, Teamscape is a team-development tool that provides facilitators with an unparalleled diagnostic and analytical capability. Team members complete online Facet5™ surveys which can then be overlayed to identify areas of similarity and differences - on four major dimensions of teamwork: ideation, analysis, decision-making and implementation.
Natural styles and preferences are identified and can be mapped against team roles. Behaviour under stress and natural conflict resolution behaviours and tactics can be identified and managed.
