Facet5™ is an industry-leading 'Big 5' factor personality assessment instrument
that allows managers to understand how people differ in their behaviour,
motivation, attitudes and aspirations. Designed expressly for the workplace and
validated to rigorous academic standards, Facet5™ is useful for selection,
onboarding, development, leadership and team-building applications.
Facet5™ 3DV
3DV is an optional additional module used in conjunction with the core Facet5™ Profile. It gathers additional multi-rater perspectives about the client’s behaviour from employees, peers, supervisors, etc. and analyses that information along the same dimensions as Facet5™. The result is a comparative analysis of how actual workplace behaviour parallels or differs from Facet5™ predicted behaviour. This information is extremely useful in development applications because it enables clients and coaches to understand why an individual is behaving in a certain manner – making it easier to reinforce positive behaviours and change or mitigate undesirable ones.
