Facet5 Audition™
Facet5 Audition™ is an automated candidate selection application based on the Facet5 model and application engine. Felix consultants help organizations to create an accurate Big Five Factor profile of specific roles for which recruitment is necessary. Individual candidates then complete an online Facet5™ survey and Audition immediately scores them against the target profile for the role in question - providing recruiters with a list of candidates, rank-ordered showing closeness of fit.
Based on this rank-ordered list, recruiters may then determine whom they will interview and Audition will generate an customized interview guide for each candidate highlighting potential areas for concern and suggesting appropriate behavioural and situation questions to probe for issues.
