A dynamic and internationally experienced senior human resources executive and coach, Rosemary’s consulting experience includes developing integrated global solutions that address regional differences and cultural sensitivities, consensus negotiation and balancing stakeholder interests for clients, companies and a wide range of industry associations around the world.


Rosemary’s business experience includes providing advice, coaching and support to senior management and executive teams, planning and implementing reorganizations, designing and developing human resource and business strategies. She has been involved in setting and implementing policies, leading talent management activities nationally and internationally, facilitating training, providing career management counsel to senior management and professional teams.

Emily’s consulting expertise includes end-to-end Human Resources, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Recruitment, Performance Management, Employer Branding and HR Audits. She is a continuous learner who has completed further HR certifications, extensive leadership coach training as well as project management certifications.

Mike Lamothe

As a Senior Consultant, Mike works closely with our career transition clients. His natural ability to understand human dynamics and work in a highly collaborative fashion with his clients helps to build strong relationships based on integrity, mutual respect & trust.


Mike has over 30 years of business experience involving the private & public sectors (union & non-union). During the first 12+ years of his career, he occupied progressive Sales & Marketing management roles in a large, top-tier, global pharmaceutical company.


After a successful career in Sales & Marketing, Mike transitioned to Human Resources. In his senior HR role, he led a team of 50 HR employees as well as the development and/or implementation of several business and strategic HR initiatives over the course of 10+ years. His relentless pursuit with respect to HR management excellence resulted in the ongoing recognition of his employer, by reputable publications (e.g. Globe & Mail, Maclean’s) as an ‘Employer of Choice’.

Judy has over 20 years of experience providing management and Human Resources Development (HRD) consulting services to an impressive set of international, private sector, non-profit and government clients. Also among her credentials are conference presentations and publications in her field.


Judy is passionate about helping people reach their potential, which is what led her to become a coach. Judy’s expertise as a coach lies in three areas: leadership development, career development and inclusive diversity. Her degree in Adult Education (PhD) provides her with a firm foundation that complements her consulting and coaching practice.


Judy’s most recent client engagements fall in one or more of the following areas: coaching and mentoring, group facilitation, team and leadership development, instructional design and training delivery, organizational development, and/or applied research.

Sarah Licha

Sarah was Director of Human Resources at Federation CJA, a not-for-profit organization where she dealt with the challenges of Human Capital issues on a pro-active basis for the employees of a multi-agency multi-mandate environment.


Originally from France, Sarah moved to Montreal in 2000 where she became Director of Human Resources and Recruitment at Cognicase where she tackled several strategic and complex dossiers including numerous acquisitions of companies.Shortly before the acquisition of Cognicase by CGI, Sarah joined the video game industry at Strategy First Inc., a developer of video games for PC. Meanwhile, she taught literature at the college level.


In 2010, Sarah was asked to share her expertise in coaching business leaders and public figures. This road ultimately led to beginning her adventure as a Consultant, where, following client driven requests for her expertise in different areas of Human Resources, Sarah decided to dedicate herself to adding value to her clients on a full-time basis.

She has a solid background in the call center industry and has successfully led major Human Resources projects and program initiatives – from the business level up to the enterprise level. Heather sharpened her transition planning and counseling skills supporting hundreds of displaced employees at all levels through several corporate downsizing initiatives.


A strategic thinker, she has supported corporate clients on all aspects of Human Resources and has gained experience in a wide array of disciplines including career development, facilitation and organizational design.


Heather has mentored students at Dalhousie, Ryerson and McMaster Universities sharing her expertise in career transition, resume writing and interviewing skills. She currently mentors two young entrepreneurs on all aspects of Human Resources Strategy and Management.

She is an effective group facilitator with well-developed training expertise.


Karen has provided in house training and consulting services, in the areas of change management, organizational effectiveness, sales and sales management, performance management and customer satisfaction.


Karen has worked with diverse industries providing career transition services including the financial services, insurance, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and packaged goods. She brings a blend of personal experience and academic training when working with clients during times of significant personal and corporate change. She is on the Board of Directors for the Human Resources Professionals of York Region.

As a seasoned practitioner and consultant in human resource management, Catherine has worked with a variety of industries in both the public and private sectors taking an active role in both Project Manager and Lead Consultant positions. Her responsibilities included, providing labour relations advice, negotiating contracts and identifying Human Resource development needs.

Working together, she helps her clients increase their self awareness, become clear on their desired impact and leverage their full capacity as a leader and professional.


Catherine also dedicates her time to various community associations and volunteer groups, having recently served on the Board of Directors & Chair Human Resource Committee at Capital Mental Health Association.

With over 15 years’ experience in career development doing both individual counselling and workshop facilitation, she has worked with hundreds of clients from 18 to 70 years of age, from diverse employment, cultural and educational backgrounds. She provides compassionate and solution-focused support in job search strategies, networking and interviewing skills.


Christine is a professional Home Economist with a certificate in career development and a BSc in Home Economics. Her passion is found in empowering others to identify their values and strengths and move in positive career directions.


As a trainer and business developer, Christine has developed and taught workshops for individuals and organizations on Career Laddering, Employee Engagement, Retirement Planning, Managing Change, Stress Management, Resume Writing, Interview Techniques and Career Transitions. She is energetic and positive and remains committed to service excellence. Christine enjoys facilitating positive change for others to help them take control and find solutions to improve their lives and circumstances.

Her clients have used the meditation practice to benefit their lives and optimize their work performance.She is currently working through a certification as a Strategic Interventionist. This approach is ideal to help individuals and organizations resolve conflicts, solve problems and refocus energy and time towards their most important business goals. She has completed her Professional Coach training from CoachU University, and recently completed an Animal Assisted Coaching Program through Denver University. She is the co-author of “Crossroads Café: Breaking Free from the Daily Grind” and serves as a Facilitator for the Women’s Executive Network, and Canadian Board Diversity Council.
