- The Cultural Health Indicator (CHI) is a customizable assessment tool that measures organizational balance and alignment. This easy to understand cultural assessment measures seven key dimensions; Leadership, Relationships, Communication, Infrastructure, Employee Engagement, Change Management, Finance. The assessment also captures qualitative data and produces an immediate gap analysis of experienced versus desired values.
The CHI provides a picture of an organization’s cultural health based on its alignment and balance of its people, environment and systems.
The CHI is available in: English, Spanish, French, Mandarin, Korean, Flemish, Portuguese and German. - The Brand Enhancer is an assessment that identifies the current employee brand to allow organizations to attract, retain and develop the right employees while enabling the opportunity for candidates to self select out.
Based on our flagship tool, the Cultural Health Indicator, the Brand Enhancer measures key cultural components (such as employee perception of brand, intercompany relationships, communication, and recruitment effectiveness) in order to build or reshape an employment brand that is authentic and congruent with the true organizational culture.
