Prior to taking the helm at Felix®, Jim was President of Organizational Studies Inc.; after helping build the company's Canadian, South American and US offices, he then orchestrated its acquisition by Carlson Marketing Group in 2002.
Art is well known for providing broad based strategic HR leadership in both the line and corporate arenas. He brings to his role extensive financial business acumen and 30 years experience in executive Human Resources and lines of business at one of Canada's leading financial institutions.
Robin has over 25 years of business experience that spans a broad range of business lines and corporate levels within the financial services sector. As well, her latest foray as owner/operator in the hospitality industry has given her tremendous insight into the challenges of building small and medium sized businesses.
With more than 15 years experience as a Senior Manager, Jeff has assumed a host of leadership roles in both the private and public sectors. Reagan is a subject matter expert in cultural due diligence, organizational culture, large scale cultural transformation, change management, and survey methodology. Reagan graduated magna cum laude from California State University, Chico with an emphasis in Human Resource Management and has extensive experience in the non-profit, government and small business sectors.
Teresa works extensively on customer related projects associated with Felix® Global Corp's suite of assessment tools, including 360 (degree sign) and Facet5™. In her daily role, Teresa provides ongoing technical and program support to clients, while delivering against tight timeframes. Her expert computer skills allow Teresa to easily take on the lead role in conducting training for clients and internal staff on the techno logy and administrative side of each of our tools.
Liz's collaborative working style, attention to detail and customer focused approach makes her a key contributor to the Felix Global team. As lead Program Coordinator, Liz has the responsibility of coordinating, organizing and delivering on key activities and projects supporting the TLP annual business plan.
