We’re proud of what we have become, and that there are few firms like us. Our story begins back in 1986, as a more traditional outplacement firm working with many of Canada’s major banks and leading national corporations. The company grew rapidly into a network of offices across Canada, with dozens of consultants, coaches and associates. Recognizing the opportunity that lay in executive coaching, leadership development and management of those high potential employees being retained, we expanded our services into these areas. Over time, leadership development grew to include work with in tact teams, team development and teambuilding. In 2003, a management buyout led to a renewed commitment to ensure that every product and service being offered was the best in its class. Fact was, no other firm combined the knowledge, experience, technology and tools and partnerships into a single focused entity to help business leaders manage talent and shape corporate culture, quite like this. The company was so different, it demanded a name equally unique. And so in 2005, Felix Global Corp –- or just Felix among friends – became the company name. Felix represented a new approach, a new attitude, a new culture. In 2005, we established ourselves as experts in shaping corporate cultures and leveraging our assessment and measurement capabilities. The Assessment & Measurement Division was created. Today, Felix is headquartered in Toronto, and has offices in major centres across Canada and the US, and a growing network of strategic partners around the world. |
