Yves Bourdua has extensive senior executive experience spanning over 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry and in Human Resources consulting roles. He has held progressive and increasingly responsible positions in marketing, sales, human resources and senior management assignments within large and successful pharmaceutical multinational corporations. His diverse areas of expertise include; marketing, sales, strategic planning and human resources.
Yves joined Felix in 1995 as the Managing Director of the Quebec Office. He has been involved in several change management initiatives, restructuring, employee coaching and leadership development. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Sherbrooke.
