Teri has over 20+ years of human capital consulting and executive management experience. She worked as Vice-President Human Resources with an international payment systems organization based in Europe and held various line and staff roles with one of Canada's leading financial institutions.
Teri has a passion for human capital strategy, planning, and metrics. Mastering human capital practices is an essential 'executive team function' requiring substantial collaboration and innovation. She has successfully helped executive teams orchestrate organizational restructuring and implementation of corporate-wide human resources policies, practices and processes.
Formerly a Principal and Practice Leader for the Executive Development practice for a boutique consulting firm, Teri has developed and facilitated leadership development programs for high-potential talent. As an executive coach and thinking partner, Teri encourages leaders to create new avenues to higher performance, overcoming organizational conflict, enhancing decision-making, and creating substantive change and stability, during times of complexity and uncertainty.
Her passion and commitment is to help leaders at all levels create a deeper level of awareness of self and to become a leader and coach to other - not just in what they know, but in how they think, choose, act and relate - adding more value and contribution to their organization, professional community, and the customers they serve.
