Niki Rankin has over 30 years of line management, staff and consulting experience in both private and public sectors. Formerly a Principal and National Team Leader for the Change Management practice of a major global consulting firm, she provided broad-based, strategic change management consulting to a variety of clients in the manufacturing, retail and financial services industries in both Canada and the US. As part of her diversified career, Niki also led a multi-million dollar critical care nursing portfolio of an internationally renowned pediatric hospital. This was a pivotal role for Niki from a personal growth perspective as she initiated, sponsored and successfully moved the organization toward a new culture of leadership and accountability.
Niki joined Felix in 2004 as VP Leadership & Consulting Solutions and works closely with corporate customers and invididual clients to develop customized leadership development and organizational consulting solutions that meet their unique needs. She holds a Master's degree in Applied Behavioural Science from City University Leadership Institute in Seattle, WA and is an Adler trained professional coach and Registered Nurse.
