Professional Experience


Lewis has over 30 years experience in management and business growth development and consulting. Formerly President and CEO of several companies in the distribution and service sector. Lewis either started these companies or took them over as they were experiencing difficulties, turned them around making them profitable. In 1990 Lewis sold his business interests and decided to take some quality time to spend with his family.


In 1994 he started Peak Performance Systems which later became Progressive Management Consulting (PMC). The goal of Progressive Management Consulting (PMC) is to assist companies be all they can be by maximizing the potential of their most valuable asset, "people". Through effective and efficient diagnosis PMC works with clients to identify choke points and then creates solutions for implementation.


Lewis strongly believes that most people are operating far below their potential and each of us have the ability to achieve our most ambitious goals. His drive and belief to encourage people to be all they can be has helped many to move successfully forward in life. Lewis believes that 80% of what holds us back is internal and only 20% external. By accurately identifying the internal risks we can quickly create a plan for improvement.
