Professional Experience
John has over 25 years of diverse senior management experience in the financial services arena within line management, staff and consulting roles. His diverse areas of expertise include: marketing, product management & innovation, IT strategy consulting, strategic planning, sales and e-business.
John's hallmark throughout his career has been his ability to successfully deliver leading edge, client-centric solutions within the Canadian Banking Industry; many of which were firsts for Canada and the world. Championing bank-wide projects requiring very large diverse teams and significant investments allowed John to showcase his strong leadership and mastery of leading teams through personal and corporate change. John's career covers moves through a score of progressively important positions culminating in a leadership position of a $39 Billion dollar Term Investment line of business.
John was born a natural coach, and, in 1998 began to formally
assist people in producing extraordinary results in their lives,
careers, businesses and organizations. Under the mentorship of Dr.
David Krueger (1), John developed a passion for executive coaching -
facilitating the growth & development in leaders by increasing their
self-awareness. John's fundamental belief is that "all is one".
That is, all human beings are exceptional with the ability to
achieve both personal dreams and professional goals in their
lifetime, however, personal and professional goals are inextricably
linked - that we live our lives holistically and that both the
personal and professional aspects of ourselves are best addressed in
unison. Along with his deep corporate understanding, John brings to
coaching his vast personal experience and rich formal training into
his work with clients.
