In senior line roles, John has consolidated and re-aligned major financial services operations to increase human capital effectiveness, deliver on ROE and ROI targets and significantly improve the customer experience. As a Human Resources professional John has led mergers and acquisitions, a range of medium and high level projects and a major financial services Insurance divestiture, to meet an array of changing business requirements.
