Jim Graham is President & CEO of Felix® Global Corp. A seasoned entrepreneur and experienced corporate executive with a professional background in marketing, sales and human resources, Jim was previously president of Organizational Studies Inc., which was voted one of Canada's fastest growing companies by Profit Magazine.
His background includes organizational diagnostics, customer and employee research programs, designing and implementing organizational effectiveness solutions and maximizing employee and customer value. Jim has been a regular guest lecturer in human resources research and entrepreneurial studies at a Toronto area college and has facilitated academic sessions in the U.S. on building trusted relationships. He has close associations with several universities and colleges in Canada and the United States.
Active in the community, Jim held posts as director and president on the boards of minor sports organizations. For something completely different, he is an advanced scuba instructor and enjoys taking individuals and groups for thrill dives.
