Jeff is an innovative, solutions focused, values based leader and change agent. With over 30 years experience in a diversity of industries including precious metals and gems, textiles, automotive, human resources and finance. Jeff has held roles in Sales and Marketing and Sales Management at the executive level and was instrumental in propelling organizational performance and achieving sustainable growth.
As a result of the above, Jeff developed an opportunity and transitioned his corporate business acumen to directly support Human Capital talent in South West Ontario, with a head office based out of London. Based on more than 16 years as lead executive, Jeff continued with the successful expansion of this business model. While ensuring the development and sustainment of close relationships with key business leaders across all industries, Jeff and his team have provided talent solutions within the employee life cycle, from recruiting and retention to training and development, assessments, organizational change and career transition.
In 2006, Jeff was sought out by the National Talent Management firm of Felix Global and joined with them as Vice President for South West Ontario, with additional offices in Waterloo and Windsor. Since this merger, Jeff has re-created the business model and now provides an expanded Talent Management offer to both existing and new customers.
Jeff has a verifiable history within his legacy customers as a result of his quality deliverables and willing responsiveness to help organizations become the best they can be. Jeff has achieved continued success through people, developing mutual trust and confidence and ensuring the right solution(s) at the right price point.
Jeff lives in London with his wife and two children and takes the time to provide volunteer support with several organizations.
