With more than 15 years experience as a senior manager, Jeff Theeuwen has assumed a variety of leadership roles in both private and public sectors. Jeff's business background includes senior line management positions in a successful career with Human Resources Development Canada (HRDC). After leaving HRDC, Jeff co-founded Organizational Studies, Inc. (OSI), an employee, customer and best practice research and human resources management consulting firm with locations in Toronto, Chicago, New York, and Bogota, Colombia. OSI's clients included banks, trust and insurance companies, manufacturers, retailers, government agencies, hospitals, and pharmaceutical companies.
Jeff joined Felix Global as a Managing Director (Peel-Halton Region) and now assumes relationship management responsibility for some of the firm's largest clients. He has also been a coach and career transition consultant to many senior managers across a variety of disciplines and industries and has assisted his corporate clients by providing leadership development and coaching, operations, performance and change management, conflict resolution and selection consulting.
