Art Filip has been promoted to a new Chief Operating Officer role at Felix® Global Corp. He will also continue to lead the Career Solutions business line. With extensive financial business acumen, Art brings 30 years of executive human resources and line of business experience with one of Canada's leading financial institutions.
Art will leverage his expertise in talent management strategies, service analysis, organizational design, and high performance cultures to lead the human capital management solutions practice for Felix® Global. With extensive hands-on expertise in building strategic dynamic teams, in support of fast-growing business environments, Art will facilitate delivery of business solutions and time to market customer requirements. As an "outside the box" thinker, Art will apply balanced, risk-weighted and cost-effective approaches to developing solutions that will meet and exceed customer requirements.
